This Streetism menace has been existed for many years in Ghana but successful Ministers of the Gender Ministry who attempted for solution could not effect mass Repatriation like what the current Acting Minister has initiatiated. God richly bless you, Honn Cecilia Abena Dapaah.
MLGWUI described Hon. Cecilia Abena Dapaah as the hard working and best Minister in current ruling government of Ghana.
A female Minister incharged of two Ministries whilst some of male Ministers are still struggling in one Ministry.
The President of the Public of Ghana also deserved applauds for the appointment Hon. Cecilia Abena Dapaah during his two-term tenure.
MLGWUI is satisfied for the Ministry's initiatives and successful repatriation of the 1,320 Street Beggar Economic Immigrants in Streetism Labour which has been imposed unhealthy, panic and risk in public peace and movement of pedestrians, road users especially the drivers for a few years now.
Indeed, Hon Cecilia Abena Dapaah has fulfilled her to Ghanaians and international communities during her responses to questions at the launch of 2022 International Women's Day commemoration held at the Alisa Hotel, Accra.
MLGWUI trusts Hon. Cecilia Abena Dapaah can handle three Ministries if she gets an opportunity.
MLGWUI in her Solidarity Message to 2022 IWA, appealed the Ministry to expedite an action to remove all Street Beggars both foreign nationals (Immigrant Economic Beggars) and Ghanaian Citizens by June 2022. Because in labour migration, such begging economic workers and child labour cannot describe and informal workers or Stateless persons.
MLGWUI humbly continues appealing to the Gender Ministry to continue excercising her initiatives in order to not only reduce menace but rather eliminate all forms of Streetism Labour in Ghana.
MLGWUI prays for and wishes all 1,320 Returnee Berggar Immigrants A Decent Work vacancies for Returnee Adult and better education for Returnee children in their countries.
MLGWUI thanks the Directors and Co-ordinators of the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection, Ministries of National Security, Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, Interior, Ghana Immigration Service and Consular of Niger for their support that ended a success and safe arrival home of dear Immigrant Brothers, Sister and Children.
DATED, IN ACCRA THE 24TH JUNE 2022.
Signed
Justice Baako NTARMAH
General Secretary and Head of Education in International Relations.
